The project envisages organization of canned output production on the basis of the manufacturing buildings of the former tinned food factory, which produced salads, tinned vegetables, squash paste and others.
The area of the factory is 6 ha. The buildings, which are in private ownership, only remained. There is a boiler house, which can be renovated. The land, where the buildings of the factory are situated, is in communal property.
The railway line Lviv-Kovel goes through the settlement. The distance to the highway R-15 is 12 km.

The airport is located in the geographical centre of Ukraine, 6 km from the city centre of Cherkasy and occupies the area of 174.5 ha. At present the airport complex comprises an airport building, technical equipment, hangars and a runway. The basic runway is artificial surface - 2500×42m. There is also an earth dispersal runway - 2500×70 m. The airport, which has the international status, had the permission to exploit aircraft with the indexes A,B,C (D – with some restrictions) and helicopters of all kinds. The carrying capacity of the current air terminal is 400 persons per hour.
